Product Description

It is mainly used to produce lead sheathed wire & cable and for wire & cable vulcanization production. It conveys the lead material by means of srcew rotation to achieve continuous extrusion. The thickness of lead sheath is adjustable, which is controlled and displayed by full digital imported temperature control instrument, and there's a pre-setting for the temperature of each position so as to strictly control the temperature. It achieves DC motor run at a constant speed so as to make lead outlet pressure trend to be constant, and ensure the main extruding machine work under a constant temperature, speed and pressure, achieving the sheath thickness even and continuous.
