This machine produces aluminium or aluminium alloy rod in a diameter of 9.5mm by means of continuous casting and rolling. Aluminium or aluminium-magnesium alloy is adopted as raw materials of the line which features high efficiency and high quality. The quality of aluminium and aluminium alloy rolled products comply with the Chinese electric wire & cable standard.
1. Composition
It is composed of shaft melting furnace, holding furnace, casting machine, automatic shearer, straightener, induction heater, rolling mill, lubrication system, rod quenching device, rod coiler, electrical control system.
2. Features
2.1 It is mainly used to produce aluminum & aluminum alloy rod of Dia. 9.5mm. The line is competitive in the related international products. In-line filtering & degassing device achieves qualified aluminum for casting.
2.2 The continuous casting machine has been awarded with the patent right (Patent No.: ZL200720079542.8). Casting wheel is of "H" type, which can be cooled from four sides to ensure the dense and even srytallization of the cast bar. The pneumatic system is used for tightening steel belt, easy for adjusting.
2.3 Induction heater meels the technical temperature requiremnet of the cast bar, with the function of automatic heating and adjusting.
2.4 The continuous rolling mill has functions of automatic feeding and stop for rod pile-up. With a unique rolling mode combining two-high-roller stand with three-high-roller stand, the copper is provided with good mechanical property.
2.5 The main transmission system is in type of DC motor with full digital speed adjusting. By adopting PLC and man-machine interface, it can control the main machine and auxiliary components as complete line linked run. It can also monitor and display the running parameter of machines as well as indicate the failure.
